Our picnics can be set up anywhere around Berks County and surrounding counties whether it be a private location (e.g. your house or backyard) or a public location (e.g. a park).
Once you have decided on a picnic style, simply fill out the online inquiry with your preferred event date, time, location and guests and we will let you know whether we have availability. If we do, we will send you an invoice with your 50% that's due at the time of booking and the balance of payment is due 7 days before your event. We will set up your picnic of choice and have it ready upon your arrival. We’ll be at the site to greet you after you arrive, we will leave you to enjoy your experience for the reserved time. You are responsible for the items until we return to pack them up at the arranged time. If you would like to leave earlier than this time, please provide 30 mins notice by call or text. Once we return to pack up, you are free to leave.
We typically require a minimum of 7 day notice for a luxury Picnic booking, however please note that our calendar starts to fill up months in advance so early booking is recommended. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate last minute bookings.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund bookings, please check weather in advance. If you have already booked and later discover it is going to rain, we will always try to accommodate last minute location changes (e.g. to a sheltered area/indoor location). We will also make accommodations for a reschedule date up to 6 months.
